If you decide Purpose isn’t right for you, you can cancel your subscription anytime before your next renewal. The process differs depending on whether you subscribed via the iOS app or the website. Even if you use both the web app AND the mobile app, you have to cancel wherever you initially purchased the subscription.
iOS App Subscription:
Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
Tap your Apple ID at the top, then select Subscriptions.
Find Purpose in your subscription list.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
OR
Open the Purpose app
Tap your profile
Select Manage Subscription
Find Purpose in your subscription list.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
Website Subscription:
- Go to https://find.purpose.app/
- Go to your Profile (bottom left)
- Select Manage Subscription
- Follow the prompts
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, but once you cancel, it won’t renew.
