Platform & Version – iOS app / Web app, version number
Device & OS / Browser – e.g., iPhone 14, iOS 17 / Chrome 120 on Windows 11
Country / Location – where you are when the issue happens
What happened – briefly describe the problem
Steps to Reproduce – list exactly what you did before the issue occurred
Expected vs. Actual Result – what you expected vs. what actually happened
Screenshots or Screen Recordings – attach if possible
Other Details – any extra info that might help us
