We currently only support notifications on the iOS app. You'll need to make sure you're allowing notifications, and then all you need to do is ask Purpose to reminder you to do whatever you want it to do.
- There is a maximum of 5 reminders per day
If you have notifications that are not stopping OR are not firing, please make sure to do the following:
- Ask Purpose to set the notification
- Delete the app (your data will not be lost)
- Re-open/log in to the app
- Wait until the notification was supposed to send, and see if it sends. If it's still not sending, please write into support.
Notifications behave like regular push notifications - once you press them, they take you into the app. If you want to view them, you'll need to long press. They currently do not send anything into Purpose and only will drive you back into the chat.
