Can I download or export my chats or insights?

You can export your Purpose data through find.purpose.app/profile > Download My Data OR you can go directly to https://find.purpose.app/data-export

• Initiate the export request
• Wait until your export is generated (you will also get an email notifying you once it's done if you need to close the window/navigate away)
• Click "Download export" 

There are no limits to your requests, but if a request is currently processing, you can't re-request until the initial request is fully processed. 

Your export downloads as a .json file. This is a standard, machine-readable format. To view it, open the file in a web browser:

• Mac - right-click the file, choose Open With, then Safari, Chrome or Firefox
• Windows — right-click the file, choose Open with, then Chrome, Edge or Firefox
